Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dogs, and side planks—moves that will definitely make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. If it feels too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough. The goal is to challenge yourself for that toned body!

When you start to feel tired, resist the urge to hunch forward. Instead, open up your chest and breathe deeply to help maintain your form and breathing.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
– Perform each move for 40 seconds.
