Today’s session includes sumo squats, transitioning from high planks to downward dog, and side planks. These movements are designed to make you sweat and really engage your core, building strength and endurance. Svava emphasizes the importance of controlling each movement to feel the burn. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard. The challenge is necessary to get that toned body you’re aiming for.

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest to breathe better, instead of collapsing forward. Keep moving and stay strong.

Here’s the routine: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence once more.
