Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will definitely make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really challenge your core, building both strength and stamina. As Svava says, if it’s easy, it’s not doing much for your core, so push through the difficulty to achieve that toned body.
When you start feeling tired, remember to keep your chest open rather than hunching forward, as this will help you breathe better. Keep your chest open and take deep breaths. You’ve got this—just keep moving!
Today’s session is 10 minutes long, with five moves repeated over two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time.
