Day 16: Intense Fat-Burning Home Workout for Your 30-Day Challenge

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is day 16, and you won’t need any equipment. Let’s get started.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, with some added twists to make you really sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to feel that core burn, building both strength and stamina. If it were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work that hard, as Svava says. It has to be challenging to achieve a toned body.

When you start getting tired, remember to open up your chest and take deep breaths instead of leaning forward, as this can restrict your breathing. Keep your chest open and keep breathing.

Here’s the plan for today:
– 10 minutes total
– Five moves
– Two sets

Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the whole cycle one more time.
