Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all with a twist to really get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard, so embrace the challenge for that toned body!

When you start feeling tired, remember to open your chest and breathe deeply instead of hunching over to catch your breath, as this can restrict your breathing. You’ve got this—keep going.

Today’s workout is 10 minutes long, featuring five different moves performed in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the sequence one more time. Keep pushing; you’re doing great!
