Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dogs, and side planks. These moves are designed to get you sweating and to put a twist on your regular exercises. Make sure to control each movement for a great core burn, helping to build up your strength and stamina. According to Svava, if the workout is too easy, your core won’t get the workout it needs, so it’s got to challenge you!
When you start feeling tired, remember to keep your chest open rather than slouching forward, as this can restrict your breathing. Keep your chest open and take deep breaths. You’ve got this, keep going!
Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
– Perform each move for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest in between.
– Repeat the sequence one more time.
